Notion Ultimate Workout Tracker will help you track down your workout process and improvements having full control of your workout in one notion!

If you have going to the gym for couple years, you're likely have experienced the feeling of "was I supposed to hit chest today? or "How many sets was I supposed to do?". As a human being, it is really hard to keep a track on your routine, especially when it comes to fitness.

So the 'Ultimate Workout Tracker' will be responsible for tracking your muscle workout schedule, how many sets have left, meal plan, or even Gym-streaks(non-excused proper rest-day still counts as a day!) to keep your consistency go up.

Template's key components are:

  1. WEEKLY MEALS: Plan and track your meals for each day of the week. Include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Keep a record of your calorie intake, macronutrients, and meal timings. Note any specific dietary requirements or goals.
  2. WEEKLY WORKOUTS: Plan and schedule your workouts for each day of the week. Specify the muscle groups or areas you'll be targeting. Set goals for each workout session. Track the duration and intensity of your workouts.
  3. WORKOUTS CALENDAR: Use a calendar view to visualize your workouts over a specific time period. Mark the dates of your workouts, rest days, or any other relevant events. Gain a clear overview of your workout schedule and progress.
  4. TARGETS: Set specific targets or goals for your workouts. This could include increasing the weight you lift, improving your endurance, or achieving a certain number of repetitions. Keep track of your progress towards these targets.
  5. EXERCISES: Maintain a list of exercises you perform during your workouts. Include details such as the name of the exercise, the muscle groups it targets, proper form or technique, and any variations or modifications you use. This serves as a reference for your workouts.
  6. THIS WEEK HABITS: Note down any additional habits or activities you want to incorporate into your weekly routine. This could include stretching, cardio sessions, or meditation. Keep track of your adherence to these habits.
  7. WORKOUT-STREAKS: Monitor your workout streaks to encourage consistency. Record the number of consecutive days you've worked out, including non-excused proper rest days. This feature motivates you to maintain a consistent workout routine.
